Most questions are answered in the docs: low bot counts are almost always caching, and a test click that does not appear is almost always because you were logged in. Please check the FAQ first; it saves us both a day.
Free plugin
Support for the free plugin is through the WordPress.org forum, where answers help everyone. Post there with your WordPress and PHP versions and the name of any caching plugin you use.

Pro customers can write to us directly. Include the site address, your licence email, and what you expected to see versus what you saw. A screenshot of the Pro Settings screen helps, because it shows what the plugin found out about your site’s cache.

Licences, billing and refunds
