Licence. Forge AI Bot Log and Forge AI Bot Log Pro are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may use, modify and share the code under that licence. A Pro purchase buys a licence key that entitles one site to receive Pro updates and support for one year; it does not change the software licence.
What you get. Access to Pro downloads, updates delivered through WordPress for the licence period, and support by email. The free plugin is free and supported through WordPress.org.
Renewal. Renews automatically at the end of each year at the then-current price unless cancelled. If a licence lapses, Pro keeps working but stops receiving updates and support.
Refunds. You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law and we extend it to all customers. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Payments are processed by Freemius, Inc. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any tax that applies where you are, which Freemius adds at checkout.
Fair use of support. Support covers installing, configuring and using the plugins on a normal WordPress site. It does not cover custom development, theme conflicts unrelated to the plugin, or hosting configuration, though we will point you in the right direction.
No guarantee of measurement. The plugins record what reaches your site and what can be verified. Counts can be incomplete on cached sites, and no plugin can measure what an AI answer said. We say so throughout the product, and you accept that the numbers are what they are described to be.
Liability. The software is provided as is, without warranty, as the GPL states. To the extent the law allows, Forge Creative’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
