What it does
Fetches a specific page in real time when a ChatGPT user (or a GPT/plugin) requests it. Not a bulk crawler — each hit reflects a user action.

Visits are checked against the IP ranges OpenAI publishes, so a spoofed ChatGPT-User is labelled as such.
Should you block it?
Allow it if you want ChatGPT to be able to read and link your pages when people ask. These visits are the ones that turn into visitors. Blocking ChatGPT-User takes one switch in Forge AI Bot Log's Access Control screen. The plugin adds the rule to your robots.txt for you.
